Pursuant to Article II, Section C (1) of the Bylaws of the Association, all eligible members are hereby notified of the Annual Meeting of Members. Also, pursuant to Article III, Section C, four (4) members of the Board of Directors, whose term expire at the end of 2005, need to be elected for the fiscal years 2006-2007 during this Annual Meeting.

Please make every effort to attend the meeting as it is your duty and opportunity to elect the members of the Board and officially voice your opinion about your Association. If you are unable to attend the meeting personally, please choose and appoint a member to vote on your behalf and fill out a Proxy Card. Either mail the Proxy card to GRBA, c/o N Banerjee, 1941 Normandstone Drive, Midlothian, VA 23113 or have the person that you appoint bring the Proxy Card to the meeting to act on your behalf. The person you appoint as your Proxy must be present in the meeting.
